This website (ufd1.com) is operated by Universal Factory Direct ("UFD," "we," "us," or "our"), a cabinet and countertop team serving West Palm Beach, FL and surrounding Palm Beach County and Broward County communities. When you fill out a contact or quote request form on this site, request a free design consultation, sign up for our newsletter, or otherwise communicate with us directly, we collect the information you provide. We use this information solely to respond to your inquiry, schedule a consultation, prepare a quote, and follow up about your project.

12. Do Not Track signals and browser controls
Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" setting. There is currently no uniform industry standard for how websites should respond to these signals, so ufd1.com does not currently change its data collection in response to a Do Not Track browser signal. You can still limit tracking by adjusting your browser's cookie settings, using private/incognito browsing, or opting out directly through the settings of individual advertising and analytics providers.
13. Text messages and phone communications
If you provide a phone number when requesting a design consultation or quote, we may call or text you about your inquiry, an active project, or a scheduled appointment. We do not use your phone number for unrelated marketing without your consent, and you can ask us to stop contacting you by phone or text at any time by emailing Joe@ufd1.com or calling (561) 666-1026.
14. State privacy rights
Depending on where you live, state privacy laws may give you the right to know what personal information a business holds about you, to request deletion of that information, and to opt out of certain uses. We honor reasonable requests of this kind for the limited contact and project information we collect through this Site. To make a request, email Joe@ufd1.com with your name and the email or phone number you used to contact us, and we will respond within a reasonable time.
15. No sale of information to data brokers
We do not sell contact or project information collected through this Site to data brokers or other third parties for their independent marketing use. Information is used internally to run the business described throughout this policy, including responding to inquiries submitted through our contact page and preparing quotes for products such as kitchen cabinets, bathroom vanities, and countertops.
